Like a runaway train with no end in sight! the Full Moon in April speeds along. When I wrote this article on 4/14/03, I can feel the tension increasing. There is a palpable anticipation of this Full Moon with Mars in serious Capricorn T-Square to Sun/Aries and Moon/Libra on April 16th. The news of the day involves violent action: NEW ORLEANS (AP) -- Gunmen armed with an AK-47 rifle and a handgun opened fire in a packed high school gym... Suddenly Syria is on everyone's lips: U.S. Considers Sanctions Against Syria or worse and the Bush Gang is talking tough: U.S. and British officials turned up the diplomatic heat Monday on Syria, with the White House continuing to accuse Iraq's neighbor of developing chemical weapons and warning it not to harbor members of Saddam's regime. We still haven't found those mysterious WMD's (weapons of mass destruction) in Iraq?!

Cardinal signs tend to move ahead without much flexibility until something crosses their path and things come to a screeching halt. This Full Moon with global proportions represents a crossing of paths: with Martian T-Square directly over the US natal Pluto at 27° Capricorn 33" along with GW Bush's natal Saturn 26°Cancer30" opposite Mars in this lunation! Get ready for a real knock down dragged into the dirt argument between both other politicians and the people represented by the Libra Moon who really just want peace and balance!

In the weeks preceding this catastrophic moon we have seen reckless abandon from our leaders. As Nancy Waterman of Astroworld describes our government's actions leading to World War IV . Unfortunately my mercury is directly opposite GW's saturn (psychic restrictions are omnipresent for me). Perhaps I have gone too deeply into untenable territory by setting this Full Moon for the Titular ( existing in title only) capital of the United States, Illuminati Controlled Washington, DC. To digress a minute, after the September 11 terrorist attacks, The Bush administration has established a “shadow government,” consisting of 75 to 150 officials of the executive branch who have been dispatched to secure, fortified locations to provide “continuity of government,” reported by both BBC and Washington Post on March 1, 2002! It is not surprising that GW Bush has both Sun 13 Cancer and Saturn 26 Cancer in the 12th House of Hidden Agendas!

On this lunation we may see many dark actions begin to move out of the shadows and into the light. Those clandestine agendas involving control of power and wealth (Pluto) become magnified in the days ahead. Evidence is quite clear with second and eighth house axis of values, money and other people's resources spotlighted, the resources are mainly in IRAQ. As I am writing this, the media is having a field day with the Haliburton contract to rebuild war torn IRAQ and top telecom,network and cellular providers like Lucent, Nortel and Motorola are vying for many lucrative contracts. It is not surprising that in the chart for IRAQ we see natal mars at 25°Aries44" having been bombed with an onslaught from transiting Mars in Capricorn which is finally moving away. IRAQ's sun at 21° Cancer 42" began to get the full impact of Mars on April 6th and 7th when Baghdad was attacked by ground troops. Transiting Saturn has been applying towards full conjunction with IRAQ's Moon at 25°Gemini30" to put the final touches on the occupation of the Iraqi people - almost a smothering, constricting effect . The US Mars at 21° Gemini 23 has had a hard-on against IRAQ like a mongoose cornering a cobra. Also another scary aspect to this lunation is that the phemonon of Uranus in Pisces is in the 6th house of health and service along with Neptune in Aquarius. This is an obvious representation of the SARS virus which is taking it's toll on victiums both without and within the US. Note that Uranus was last in Pisces in 1919 when an influenza epidemic killed some 70 million people worldwide. This global attack of SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome) originating in China sets the stage for a new or mutant virus that can spread like proveribial wildfire. Literally we may see a whole lot of shaking and trembling going on.

Just as the Libra Moon will see both sides, there is a bright side to this dynamic alignment of cardinal signs. In these end times when the world will never be the same, we stand on the cusp of the Aquarian Age. The media has magnified the last tremors of Piscean Death urges to seem louder then the real truth. In a few short years, the haze will clear as we stand resolute in our strength of purpose.
