Wisconsin Protests and Web Bot "HOLE Incident" It's been developing for a few days now, but sort of "in the background". Today, however, it's grabbing the top headlines on Drudge. Firstly, let's get an idea of what's going on and how this all started. The story goes like this: The federal government in the US is broke. Nearly every state government in the US is broke. Wisconsin finds itself at number 28 when ranked against all the other states based on state and local debt in the year 2010, ranked low to high (dollar amounts in billions). The US Debt Clock website shows, as of writing this, current debt per citizen in Wisconsin stands at $7,689. Could it be worse? Sure could - look at California on that chart...ALL the way down on the bottom with the highest debt figure - $433.5 billion. That's roughly 11 times the amount of state and local debt, for the year 2010, as Wisconsin had. Yet the debt per citizen there is only showing as $9,815 on their State Debt Clock page, which is not significantly higher than Wisconsin's. Why? Simple - California has a much higher population. With a higher population, the debt is sort of "spread thin" amongst the people and each person's slice of the "fiscal irresponsibility pie" is that much smaller. There's a similar situation when you look to Massachusetts, which ranks at number 44 with roughly $98.7 billion of state and local debt, yet due to the lower population shows a whopping debt per citizen of $15,392 on the state's Debt Clock page. Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker knows this and proposed a bill that would help fill in the $137 million "hole in the state budget" this year and the $3.2 billion "hole" by mid-2013, which sounds like a good idea. Put the fires out before things rage out of control like they have in other states, right? The plan he outlines in the bill would require public employees to pay around 5.5% into their pension plans, a significant increase in Wisconsin but actually about the average nationwide. Also, public employees would have their health insurance premiums increased to about 12%, which is about half the national average. That all sounds pretty damn reasonable - and smart. This ‘Awakening’ is largely driven by the revolution in information, technology and communication, including radio, television, but most especially the Internet and social media. Brzezinski had accurately identified this ‘Awakening’ as the greatest threat to elite interests regionally, but also internationally, with America sitting on top of the global hierarchy. This spurred on the development of an American strategy in the Arab world, modeled on similar strategies pursued in recent decades in other parts of the world, in promoting “democratization,” by developing close contacts with ‘civil society’ organizations, opposition leaders, media sources, and student organizations. The aim is not to promote an organic Arab democracy ‘of the people, and for the people,’ but rather to promote an evolutionary “democratization” in which the old despots of American strategic support are removed in favour of a neoliberal democratic system, in which the outward visible institutions of democracy are present (multi-party elections, private media, parliaments, constitutions, active civil society, etc); yet, the power-holders within that domestic political system remain subservient to U.S. economic and strategic interests, continuing to follow the dictates of the IMF and World Bank, supporting America’s military hegemony in the region, and “opening up” the Arab economies to be “integrated” into the world economy. Thus, “democratization” becomes an incredibly valuable strategy for maintaining hegemony; a modern re-hash of “Let them eat cake!” Give the people the ‘image’ of democracy and establish and maintain a co-dependent relationship with the new elite. Thus, democracy for the people becomes an exercise in futility, where people’s ‘participation’ becomes about voting between rival factions of elites, who all ultimately follow the orders of Washington. Evidence Shows Pole Shift Hysteria Hyped There is good physical evidence that the magnetic poles of the Earth have inverted from time to time. It seems to be around every 300,000 years or so but it appears that it has been over 700,000 years since there has been a magnetic pole reversal recently. To avoid confusion we must note that there are multiple poles of the Earth. There are the geographic North and South poles which are marked as 90 degrees North latitude and 90 degrees South latitude where all the meridians of longitude intersect at the rotational axis of the earth like on a desk top globe at the bottom and top. The rotational axis of the Earth is tipped at about 23 degrees from the plane of the planets in the solar system and this axial tilt is what gives rise to our seasons as the sun revolves around the sun in a year. The Earth spinning on its axis makes it relatively stable like a gyroscope and it has been pointing toward the star Polaris for a long time. In fact there is just a little bit of wobble, like a top or gyroscope has, because of asymmetries in the Earth’s shape. This is called precession and involves a change of about 1 degree in wobble in the angulation of the earth’s axis per 100 years. The other two poles are the North and South magnetic poles. The geographic poles are relatively stable. These magnetic poles on the other hand may move around 50 miles or more in a day. The magnetic poles are what a conventional compass seeks. As you approach a magnetic pole, the compass points more and more down toward the Earth. At the exact magnetic pole, the magnetic lines are perpendicular to the surface of the Earth and at the North pole, the north needle will point straight down and south needle straight up. At the South pole, the opposite situation is true. The Hall of Records– Proposed by Edgar Cayce in one of his hypnosis sessions. Cayce proposed that there were a total of three Hall of Records spread throughout the world. Each of these halls were supposed to contain the lost history of the human race including the destruction of Atlantis. These three halls were supposed to be located in Atlantis near present day Bimini, somewhere in the Yucatan Jungle and under the paws of the Great Sphinx. While many dismiss these as nothing more than fables, it is curious that the Egyptian authoriities have not been willing to excavate these anomalies or even to investigate further. A Stargate — Although this one is really based on a movie, it could still be possible, right? Although both of these scenarios are the ones that are the least likely for what, if anything, is buried under the Sphinx, they are the most intriguing and could end up rewriting history as we know it. Very likely this is our last chance to live up to being co-creators with the cosmic plan. As this Gregorian year began, the messages that circulated reflected our heightened ambivalence to the passage of time. On the one hand there were the every year kind of messages like: “Hope you will have a great 2011” or “what do you want to create for yourself in 2011?” as if this would just be like another year. Messages centered on the individual, based on a linear view of time made up from years following one after the other. On the other hand, around the New Year reports started to come about the “aflockalypse.” Large numbers of fish, birds and animals simply died for no apparent reason. This instead pointed to anything but a linear continuation of time in 2011. The aflockalypse is possibly due to the frequency increase that the nine levels of the Mayan pyramid undergoes combined with the extreme degree to which humans have now pushed the ecology of the planet off balance. If this is true, it would call upon us to adapt to this new frequency and also shift completely from asking for things for ourselves and what we as egos or individuals may want from 2011 to what our egos may do to serve the delivery of the divine plan. The ninth wave of unity would then be calling for a complete shift in our way of being, to manifesting unity consciousness, which is the intended end result of the cosmic plan. If this is to happen, it may also call for extraordinary cosmic energies to fulfill the cosmic plan. In fact, maybe the ninth wave will be a Judgment Day that will save the world. If there is a twenty-fold increase in frequency with every wave, the Ninth Wave, or Universal Underworld, will have a duration of 13 x 18 = 234 days and would then start March 9, 2011. It will progress through seven days and six intermediate nights, each being a uaxaclahunkin. In Mayan calendar language, this means an 18-day period. The 18-day periods can be subdivided into two nine-day counts (two days off from the classical nine lords of the night count) since they will have both an ascending and a descending phase and in this way we may see more clearly the link to classical Mayan calendrics. If the ninth wave is all about creating harmony from what has evolved previously then our task would be to ask the divine for guidance as to what we would do to arrive at this. If we are asking for global harmony we cannot however simply ask for our egos to guide us. It was the Secretary of the Air Force who discovered that Richard Cheney had set up an alternative chain of command to the nuclear weapons wing of the AF. In the process, six minutemen missiles [sic] armed with nuclear warheads were secretly transported from Minot AFB to Barksdale AFB [see note -- ed]. The later is the chief staging base for the Middle East war. The alarm system for the weapons was deactivated for the transport, something that not even the base commander could authorize. The orders had to have come from above. Many point to Cheney. Before the warheads could be flown via B-52 to the Iraq/Iran theater, the Secretary of the Air Force ordered the stand-down of all B-52 flights. When he discovered the alternative chain of command to Cheney, he fired all military personnel who were involved. Cheney was said to have been livid. The Secretary ordered an investigation of what the AF press release called an oversight, and 70 enlisted men and 5 officers were removed from the Minot nuclear system.
